Product is pretty darn cool. Does exactly what is advertised. Put it in my 07 cadillac EXT. Looks and operates better than expected. Quick responses to any of my questions. I would recommend phoenix to a friend.

Great product. Chris, one of the technicians, is very helpful and knowledgeable with the radios. He called me using Duo and he could see exactly what me screen looked like so he could tell me what to do to fix the problem(s). I have px6 8.1 Android for 2014 Ford F-150 with auto a/c. Absolutely love this radio with it's 12.1" screen.

Ordered a px6 core radio for my Mustang, very cool piece of hardware. I did need to contact tech support to get a few quirks worked out of the system. Chris from support helped me with my issues and I'm completely satisfied with the radio now.

I had a software issue with my 12.1" unit. I txt with Alex and he guided me to fix it right away. I own the head unit for 2 years now and never had a problem. I did contact Alex twice. The first time, as soon as I bought the radio. He explained me very patiently a couple features and today. Both times he was straight to the point, super fast. Awesome!!!!!

The android px6 radio/ screen is great i **** having a tablet in my dash for my dodge durango looks great i had 1 problem but customer service took care of it very fast with one email now i have no issues.

The Android radio looks OEM in our Lexus GX470... and really updated the system and the way it looks. The Android interface is a little quirky and sometimes not intuitive, but with help from Robert at Phoenix Automotive, I was able to figure it out. If you have technical questions set up an appointment with Robert as he is very knowledgeable of the system.

I have been in contact with Alex off and on for the past few days about some major issues with a unit I bought for my 2016 f150. Not only did Alex walk me through each and every process by elimination, but he was very patient and polite through the whole experience. I finally got everything up and running and back to normal thanks to Alex! Great customer service!

Placed my order 5 weeks ago and I didn't get a tracking number. Called them, waited on a line for 35mins and didn't get an answer, tried to cancel my order, but page doesn't exist. I guess I will have to deal with credit card now, waste of time

Well at first I was a little upset for the time that it took the come then I got it and put it in a had a small problem but technician Alex help me all the way now I'm happy with my radio everything works great. thanks Alex for all your help

We have purchased 3 Phoenix Android Radio's. We have been very satisfied. The last radio had a few issues, but we reached out to PAR and a technician helped us fix all of the issues and gave us the needed update. We are very satisfied customers and will spread the word so that others can enjoy these amazing radios!

The product I bought from them is a nightmare!! I paid $600 to be frustrated. The navigation does not work. The eventcenter (whatever that is) crashes and I have to reset the entire unit for it to work again. I have to constantly reset the time. I've emailed close to 50 times with 3 responses so far with questions and 1 worth some video on settings that actually made everything worse. This is wrong in so many levels. I saved in order to be able to buy this unit cause it looked cool but it an absolute waste of money. They have blocked me on Facebook and noone answers the number on Google. Please save your money and shop elsewhere

The radio works great, and technical support was awesome. Had a slight issue getting the backup camera to work but they got the issue resolved in just a few hours.

These folks are very helpful. I was having some issue with getting my system to work properly on my 2013 f150 and they were very helpful in diagnosing and getting me the software update to fix my issue. Thank you ð???

great customer service was provided to us when we called with questions. The staff was very helpful and if they didn't have the answer they made sure to get it and reach back out to us.

Chris from Phoenix is a literal saint and I'm convinced, a living god. After installing one of these radios in my 2015 Ford Explorer, I had a bit of an issue with my climate controls, and after a few back and forths and troubleshooting, he narrowed things down and solved my problem. The radio works great and I couldn't be happier. I praise this radio and the developers for creating it. My best bit of advice to anyone is MAKE SURE IT'S INSTALLED BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING! On top of that, realize they're a company and you aren't the only person in the world. They have multiple people who they're helping at all times, as any company dealing with technology and devices does, so if they don't pick up the phone, call them later. They will get back to you. Don't really do many reviews but I'm taking this time to say a special thanks to Kaycee Hernandez!! For two days I was trying to get a hold of tech and finally I decided to call a different ext. Kaycee was very helpful, patient, and understanding !! She went above and beyond to help me with my issues.

Tech support services was amazing,walked me,right through all of the steps that I needed to resolve my radio issues,thanks for the great service!

Customer Service is terrible. 7 days after order and payment processing, Phoenix has still not shipped my product. Can not get a response via email, Can not get a rep on the phone, only response i can get is thru facebook messenger, and that person wont answer my question about expected shipment date. I will never use this shady business again.

i got a radio for 2016 f -150 I install it but have no sound i call them and send emails they never answer don't buy from them you go lose you money

Excellent customer service had a few issue with radio but they walk me thought getting it working.

Very bed customer service,order was sent with missing parts.I sent three emails and never got back from them.Now i got the radio but i can't install.I thing the reviews on their website are from people they know because all reviews five star when their customer service is not even one star. My suggestion is don't trust them

Their product was defective. Would not troubleshoot or replace unless a placed a deposit of 80% to send another one. When I received the replacement, I was refunded the deposit but lost $50 because of the exchange (on top of the extra duty and shipping I paid). They wouldn't refund that loss. The stereo still didn't work so I ordered a replacement decoder box (which I had to pay for and pay more duty and shipping). When I received it, it was heavily damaged (not due to shipping). Again I had to pay the 80% deposit, more duty, and more shipping. They are a terrible company with terrible business practices just to get more money from you. Their customer service is horrible as they will tell you its your fault and admonish you; that is if they even respond to your emails. I highly, highly do NOT recommend this company. Stay far away. Do your research and see on stereo forums, BBB, and Reddit that this is a terribly managed and run company.

Love my android radio in my Ram! Took a little while to learn all the features but really happy with it compared to factory unit!

Do not buy from this company, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a radio and was having problems with it day one. I contacted them to fix my issues they kept avoiding my questions and not providing me with any sort resolution. I purchased back in January and still no resolution and haven't heard back from them yet. The radio still does not work. After months of troubleshooting the issue. I have called for weeks now and still no contact from anyone. All i want it is a working unit. Dont buy from this company!!

Only been using it for an hour and I love it. For the 15-19 Mustang with base stereo and 4" screen it is a huge upgrade in sound, appearance, and user friendly controls. The boot up time is really fast compared to what I have seen from past reviews. This thing is up and running in like 5 seconds. Can't wait to get more familiar with it.

Decided to buy the vertical screen for my Ford Fusion over a year ago. I recently came into a problem with my stereo not letting me change ac controls. Their support team was amazing with helping to resolve the issue and got back to me immediately with an instant fix to my problem. Besides that haven't had any problems with my stereo. Looks amazing in my car and the installation process was a breeze with the direct hook ups. I definitely would recommend this stereo to anyone who is looking to get an after market stereo in their vehicle!

Shipped my radio from China no problem. Have given me constant updates over Facebook updates. Charged 600 dollars for something that feels like it's 1500 bucks. Thanks!!

These have absolutely excellent Customer Service, called them up for a problem with my product, a person answered the phone and that very person was the one I needed to talk to for my technical help, this included direct FaceTime calls, text and pictures being texted to them. Fixed my issue fast, great diagnostic skills, this is the level of service everyone should aim for, especially the big corporate guy.

I am impressed by the product and services offered by Phoenix Android Radios. I ordered a 12.1 inch head unit for Silverado on their website. The order was fulfilled the same day, and the package delivered two days later. I had some questions regarding setting up the head unit. They walked me through it with video chat. The screen is stunning after installation. I keep almost all the factory features, and get lots of extra bells and whisles, like Internet browsing, mirroring my phone, Pandora, Here wego navigation. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I had some problems with my radio and eric and chris were able to fix it it was a little tricky cause im not computer saby but i was able to do it. I purchased a t style radio for my F150, I got it the right time. They shipped on time and arrived safely with nice sealed box. I installed most of the parts installation by my self, I just followed the instruction guide. I didn't do a good job for some wiring connection, i didn't really know exactly for all wiring connection goes to and I couldn't fix by my self. I decided to contact Phoenix Android Radios via facebook messenger and luckily he replied my question. I asked them for the help because of my wiring connection problem and he said absolutely yes, please come and I will fix it...I made an appointment with him right away. I met this guy Alex Xiao who helped me and reconnect the wires correctly and really fixed the problem. He really did a great job and works perfectly my T style radio. Best recommended specially Alex Xiao. Thank you very much!!! best regards *****

Awesome company to work with! Had a problem with a radio I purchased due to some tinkering of my own and they were able to help me diagnose the issue and reload the correct firmware for the device. Communicating through Facebook made it very easy since I was able to send pictures of the problem to them quickly and the fix took less than 10 minutes.

DON'T do business with them, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought a radio and was having problems with it the day I had it installed. I contacted them to fix my issues they kept avoiding my questions and would not help. I filled out a return form and they got back to me within 24 hours, and the same day i shipped it out. My radio got back to them in 4 days but it took them 32 days to give me my refund. During these 32 days i emailed, and called many times and never got any contact with the company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Sorry about the unpleasant experience. I was busy preparing some new products with the engineers, but we have dedicated people handling customer service and return processing. I asked them to process with 24 hours if they cannot do that immediately. Obviously, they did not do their job well. We will definitely take measures to improve the efficiency of the company.

The company has gotten better, the best way to contact Phoenix android radios is to use Facebook. They have given me a new radio and helped fix any issues

Thank you for the support.

I purchased a t style radio, they charged my card quickly,however, I never received a shipping date. They have never responded to my emails or voicemails. I even sent them a message through their facebook page(which is stated in there website) and I received a generic response on providing them my order #. The generic response took 2 hours and I never received an answer back after providing my order #. Their customer service is not professional, which leads me to believe that their products are also not of professional quality..

Easy to purchase from this company, but they do not answer the phone or email complaints. Going to ask for a refund.
